Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA) has procured land for various projects at different locations within the planning area. There are vacant allotable lands in projects areas for allotment.
For promotion of food processing industry SJDA has developed Food Park in which some area is vacant. Similarly for IT Industry/Institution a vacant land is available near Mathapari. Cargo complex can be developed in two parcels of land near Bagdogra Airport. Allotment for specific plots are generally allotted presently through e-auction.
