Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA), a premier agency for development within
Siliguri Jalpaiguri Planning area covering about 2327.12 Sq Km in Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri
Districts of West Bengal, has developed Composite Complex at the outskirts of Jalpaiguri
Town to accommodate the growing need for developed land and infrastructure for
Jalpaiguri Town and its surrounding area. Phase -I of the project has already been
developed where large and small residential and other institutional plots, commercial area
etc. were developed and distributedto private and Govt. departments and organisations.
In Phase-II, a large area of 40 acre has been allotted for Circuit Bench of Hon’ble Kolkata
High Court. An area of approximately 23.71 acre is available to SJDA for development. SJDA
intends to develop the vacant area in a commercially viable manner.
